Rental

One month's rent plus VAT is required at lease signing. A registration fee of £250 plus VAT will also be required, but will be deducted from the final fee.

Purchase

A Registration Fee of £750 plus VAT will be required. The registration fee will be deducted from the final fee. 1.5% plus VAT of the purchase price will be required.
